Howard David Brownfield, 71, a resident of 1541 Bonnie Best Road, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011, at Durham VA Hospital. A funeral with military honors will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Walker Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Clifford Britton officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at Walker Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Williamston.
