Gwendolyn Respass Sawyer Allen, 67, a resident of Plymouth, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, at University Health Systems-Beaufort Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Plymouth Church of Christ, Plymouth, with Bob Moulden and Thomas Biggs officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at Plymouth Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
