William Christopher McFadden, 18, a resident of Northwood Road, Washington, died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, at his home. A celebration of his life will be at 6 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service officiated by Sam Grist and Joan Fischer. A reception for family and friends will be held immediately following the service. The family will receive friends at other times at the home.
