Mr. Samuel Lewis Fenner, 78, of 1135 Backwoods Road, Roper, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at his home. The family is receiving friends at the home. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
