Mr. David Simmons Jr., 69, a resident of 313 W. Water St., Plymouth, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011, at Washington County Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Guiding Star Freewill Baptist Church, Madison Street, Plymouth. The family will receive relatives and friends at 118 Bradley Road, Plymouth.
