Pete Jefferson, a resident of New Bern, and formerly of Washington, died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, at his home. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at New Bern Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Foss officiating.
