Douglas “Doug” R. Spencer, 33, a resident of Beech Ridge Road, Belhaven, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, in Raleigh. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday at Hillside Funeral Service and other times at the home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service, officiated by pastor Curtis White. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations.
