Vivian Moore Cutler, 87, a resident of 250 Lovers Lane, Washington, died Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington. A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service.
