Mr. Lovett “Bucka” Hines Phillips, 52, a resident of Ephesus Church Road, Blounts Creek, died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011, at his home. A funeral will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday at the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday at Paul Funeral Home of Washington and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
