Mr. Eddie Alton Tyre, 86, a resident of Ridgewood Manor, and formerly of 3231 Idalia Road, Aurora, died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011, at UHS–Beaufort Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday at Mt. Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Aurora. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. today at the chapel and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
