Mrs. Eva Branch McNeil, 87, a resident of Washington, died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Faith & Trust World Outreach Center, 1002 E. Fifth St. officiated by Dr. Frederick H. Hopkins. Viewing will be a part of service. A private burial will follow. Arrangements are by Mercedes’ Funeral Mansion & Cremation Service, Williamston.
