Willie D. “Ty” Clark, 60, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011. A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday at L.R. Randolph Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends at 102 Randolph Road, Washington. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. MLK Jr. Drive, Washington.
