What a trivial country we live in if all you have to worry about is cotton alongside the road.

It is Christmas on Terrapin Track.

I don’t see what the problem is with cotton on the side of the road, since it is a seasonal product. However, trash goes on yearly. It is a whole lot easier to clean up cotton, and it is biodegradable.

If you don’t like cotton, then try wearing a plastic trash bag.
