Board installs new officers

The Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors installed its new officers during its annual Christmas party at the Washington Yacht & Country Club on Thursday.

Lou Baldwin with the Baldwin Company in Winston-Salem installed the new officers. Baldwin is the incoming president of the North Carolina Association of Realtors.

Baldwin installed new Board of Directors members Scott Campbell, Hal Isley and the board’s president-elect for 2013, Jerry Evans with Century 21.

He then installed Jay Martin with The Rich Company as president for 2012.

The board made a significant donation to Toys for Toys for Tots. It recognized Greenville Realtor Bertha Pyne for her generous financial assistance to Beaufort County after Hurricane Irene.
