Mrs. Eula Bailey, 79, a resident of Washington, died Friday, Dec. 9, 2011. A viewing will be held from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. tonight, and a funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Temple of Jesus Christ Church, 906 W. Eighth St., Washington. Burial will be at Pamlico Gardens Cemetery, Washington. Arrangements are by Mercedes’ Funeral Mansion & Cremation Service, Williamston.
