Washington-based WIMCO Corp. was recently awarded contracts for the renovation of four Food Lion stores. The projects are located in Ahoskie, Murfreesboro, Newport News, Va., and Franklin, Va.

Construction has begun on all projects with completion dates in March 2012.  WIMCO’s manager for this project is Bryan Smith of Greenville. Field superintendents for the projects are Paul Bassett of Greenville, Ken Rauch of Charlotte, Reid Brodie and Craig Davis, both of Washington.
