For the seventh consecutive year, students in the fourth, fifth and sixth grades at Washington Montessori School visited the labor and delivery department at UHS-Beaufort Hospital to donate nearly 50 handmade baby blankets. The students, ranging in ages from 9 to 12, sew the blankets each year for their Thanksgiving service project. Drs. Allan Boruszak (left) and Thomas Andrews (right) receive the blankets from (front row) Yesenia Gachuz, Elisabeth Heath, Chloe Coburn, Micaela Anderson and Candice Bailey, (back row) Kayla Alligood, Cora Moore, Mia Moore and Spencer Worley.
