AdMIX Agency owner Pam Anderson (right) is the first recipient of the annual Rotary membership “scholarship” award created by the Washington (noon) Rotary Board of Directors to honor a non-Rotarian for selfless participation in furthering Rotary efforts through service within the community. Anderson contributed many hours of advertising/marketing consultation, organizational management and individual hands-on effort to the 2011 Smoke on the Water.
