Ruth Jackson Biggs, 84, died Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, at River Trace Nursing and Retirement Center. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Biggs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Karen Kelly and the Rev. Doug Stokes officiating. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. tonight at Biggs Funeral Home and at other times at 1730 Poplar Chapel Road, Jamesville. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
