Mr. William Earl “Billy Jay” Woolard Jr., age 57, a resident of 3503 Slatestone Road, Washington, died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012,  at UHS-Beaufort Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Christian Church in Washington. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. tonight at the home located at 3503 Slatestone Road, Washington.
