Mr. William “Bill” A. Kendall, 89, a resident of 17 Braddy Road, Washington, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012 at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Rosemary Church of Christ. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Rosemary Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington.
