Tom Atkins, general manager and broker-in-charge of The Rich Company, announces that Allison Woolard has rejoined The Rich Company’s main office as a broker and sales associate.

Woolard, a native of Washington, has spent most of her life living and working in Beaufort County. She is familiar with all types of real estate, including waterfront, historical and residential. She is a specialist in remodeling and restoring homes.

She has completed and sold more than 10 homes in Beaufort County. She has been a member of the Million Dollar Club since 2000. She was the Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year in 2001, secretary/treasurer of the board in 2006 and appointed Membership Committee chairwoman for 2012.
