Ashlin Associates adds partners

Ashlin Associates, LLC, an international firm specializing in executive and employee coaching and development, human-resources consulting, organizational design and development and productivity announces the addition of two associates.

Christine “Chris” Jones joins Ashlin Associates with more than 25 years of coaching leaders for improved professional and personal effectiveness in both private and nonprofit sectors. Previously, she held the role of education coordinator with The Charlotte Drug Education Center where she was a member of the organization’s management team. Jones’ published works include “Coaching the High Performance Team: The Team Leaders Resource Guide,” and “Coaching the High Performance Team: The Team Leader Assessment.”

Also joining Ashlin Associates is Eric Heggestad. Heggestad has 10-plus years working with companies to improve employee management processes, including applicant assessment, hiring processes, employee evaluation, succession planning, job analysis and competency modeling, survey construction and organizational data analysis. He has worked formerly with ADP, Sun Microsystems, Balfour Beatty, the Army and the Navy.

Heggestad is also an associate professor of psychology and organizational science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is the director of the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Masters Degree Program. He has over 25 publications, is an associate editor of the Journal of Business and Psychology, serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Psychology and on the executive committee for the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
