Thelma Sanford Hoggard, 76, a resident of 1033 Bull Hill Road, Windsor, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at Bertie Memorial Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012 at Ross Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger Kiker and Rev. Jeff Russell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family received friends Monday at Walker Funeral Home and will continue to do so at other times from the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home.
