The Community Lenten Lunch Series returns in 2012 beginning Wednesday. The series runs each Wednesday through April 4.

The host site for all services is Grace Lutheran Church, 1776 N. Market St., Washington.

A 30-minute service begins at noon followed by a light Lenten lunch of soup and sandwiches.

Worship leaders are provided by the participating Washington-area churches:

• Wednesday, First United Methodist Church;
• March 7, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church;
• March 14, First Baptist Church;
• March 21, Mother of Mercy Roman Catholic Church;
• March 28, First Presbyterian Church;
• April 4, Christ Church.
