Mr. William Russell “Russ” Spivey Jr., a resident of 116 Grabtown Road, Windsor, died Tuesday Feb. 21, 2012. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Edgewood Cemetery, with the Revs. Wint Hale and David Woolsey officiating. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
