Mr. Lorenza Carter, 96, a resident of 304 Rodmans Road, Washington, died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, at his home. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Whispering Pines Road, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home.
