Lessons in end of life care

The End of Life Care Coalition of Eastern Carolina is sponsoring a presentation, “When Cure Isn’t Possible…” by Andrew Probolus, MD, FAAFP, program director for the Hospice of Lancaster County and Lancaster General Hospital Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program. The presentation will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 30, at the Pitt County Council on Aging, 4551 County Home Road, Greenville.

Dr. Probolus will address the importance of providing appropriate and compassionate medical care through to the end of life.

The program, funded by a grant from the Vidant Medical Center Foundation, is free. Pre-registration is not necessary.
