Mr. Steve L. Cartwright, 59, a resident of Washington, died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012. A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Vanceboro Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wilkerson Funeral Home in Vanceboro and other times at the home of a niece, Vickie Desourdy, 117 Arbor Drive, Washington. Arrangements are by Wilkerson Funeral Home.
