Ruby Williams Alligood, 91, a resident of Washington, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pamlico Memorial Gardens, Washington. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. today at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington, and following the service Saturday at the Bay Leaf Plantation Community Room, 1120 Cowell Farm Road, Washington.
