Mr. Frederick Randolph Taylor Sr., 71, a resident of 322 Squires Road, Ponzer community, Belhaven, died Sunday, March 11, 2012. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hyde Park Building, U.S. Highway 264 East, Ponzer community. Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. today at the chapel. The family will receive friends at the home of Frederick R. Taylor Jr., 527 Pungo St., Belhaven. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
