Mrs. Laura Alice Bell Sinclair, 85, a resident of Ridgewood Manor and formerly of 342 E. 15th St., Washington, died Saturday, March 24, 2012. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
