The Washington Daily News will announce its Mother of the Year on Mother’s Day, May 13.

Anyone wishing to submit a nominee for the Mother of the Year award should send a nomination letter about his or her nominee, by email, to society@wdnweb.com.

Please include contact information, including a telephone number for the person making the nomination, not the person being nominated. Nominations submitted without telephone information will not be considered.

Nominations must be received by April 30. The winner will be chosen on the basis of quality, rather than quantity, of the letter(s) received. All submissions become the property of the Washington Daily News.
