Mrs. Vickie Lynette Armstrong Brown, 51, of 201 Wilson St., Plymouth, died Friday, April 13, 2012, at her home. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
