Charles Edward Spencer Brinn, 93, a resident of Creswell, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at Washington County Hospital in Plymouth. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Sunday at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell, with the Rev. Frank Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in Azalea Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home following the services.
