Samuel Bell Jr., 74, a resident of 312-A W. Water St., Plymouth, died Wednesday at Vidant Beaufort Hospital, Washington. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
