Why did it take the county commissioners of Beaufort County so long to figure out Tom Thompson?

Can someone explain why for the past several Sunday mornings I have witnessed women taking out all the newspapers from the vending machines? Are they taking the coupons? Is that why I never have coupons in my paper? Please explain why these women are doing this.

Washington doesn’t need another gas station or fast-food joint. What we need are real sit-down restaurants.

Twelve hundred dollars a page for a five-page report to say we haven’t done anything over the past several years. Makes you wonder why tar and feathering went out of vogue.
