About the golf carts: they do not need to be on the highway, state roadways, unless they are licensed and have insurance and lights. And that said, drivers should have legal insurance and licenses. So, that’s plain and simple. They do not belong on the road with no insurance or license.
This is a suggestion for the Washington Daily News. If you’re going to print the things for public records — marriage licenses, deed transfers, et cetera — please print them large enough for someone to read them without their glasses. You know, without having to wear glasses. It’s ridiculous to have something printed so small that you can’t even understand what’s being printed.
Thank you to all the electrical workers who worked so hard and long restoring power to everybody. They worked in our neighborhood until 1:30 a.m. to get us power. We appreciate you very much.
