Mr. Carlton “C.B.” Cooper Sr., age 80, a former resident of Lawson Road, Washington, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at his Raleigh home. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, at Oakdale Cemetery.
