A stolen Playstation 3 system sold to a pawnshop in Pamlico County is behind the warrant for an Aurora man’s arrest, according to a press release issued by the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office.
June 28, a report of breaking and entering and larceny was called in from an Edward home, said the release. Investigators have since found the stolen Playstation and returned it to the owner, but are looking for Anthony Terrell Bragg, 21, in connection to the theft.
“He’s probably in the Edward/Aurora area and we hope the press release generates some tips,” said Maj. Kenneth Watson, spokesman for the sheriff’s office.
Anyone with information on Bragg’s whereabouts is asked to call the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office at (252) 946-7111 or Beaufort County Crime Stoppers at (252) 974-6400. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to his arrest. Callers do not have to give their name to receive a reward.
