Mr. James Edward Durbin, 59, a resident of 115 Carolina St., Chocowinity, died Saturday, August 4, 2012, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 9, 2012, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and will be conducted by the Rev. Melvin Haas.
