James  Ray Goddard, of Apt. 157, Clifton Meadows, Washington, died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Josephine Little, 4804 Cherry Run Road, Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Bonner  Street Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
