Ada Louise Walker
Mrs. Ada Louise Walker, 85, of 125 Folly Road, Plymouth, died Tuesday at Martin General Hospital, Williamston.
A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2012, at Undenominational Revival Center Church, Roper, with Bishop James Burnette, pastor, and Minister Ronnie Norman officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia Cemetery.
Mrs. Walker was born Nov. 21, 1926, in Washington County. She was the daughter of the late Edward Wynn and Mary Elizabeth Patrick Wynn. She was a member of Undenominational Revival Center, choir member, member of the Mother Board, and a member of Washington County Senior Citizens. Her husband Douglas Walker, Sr., preceded her in death.
Survivors include sons, Tyrone Walker of Nyack, N.Y.; Douglas Walker, Jr., Morris Walker and Bobby Walker, all of Plymouth; daughters, Ada Watts, Patricia Norman and Sequita Walker, all of Plymouth; brother, Raleigh Wynn of Plymouth, and 21 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday at Undenominational Revival Center and other times at the home.
