Charlotte Spencer Fenner, 91, a resident of N.C. Highway 94 South, died Aug. 22, 2012. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Zion Grove Church of Christ in Columbia. Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home, Columbia.
