Mr. Richard James Steinbacher, age 71, a resident of Lakeview Lane, Pamlico Plantation, Washington, NC, died Thursday, August 23, 2012, at Ridgewood Manor & Rehabilitation Center. A celebration of his life will be held Monday, August 27, 2012, at 11:00 AM at First Presbyterian Church officiated by Pastor Lee Kinney. There will be a reception for family and friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall. Burial will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday,  August 29, 2012, at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
