William Lawrence Hassell, 69, of 1707 Soundside Road, Columbia, died Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at his home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the graveside in Soundside Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Joseph Wynns will officiate.
