Just curious as to how somebody could be smart enough to make such an elaborate and attractive flyer celebrating 300 years in Beaufort County and yet fail to put a date on it. How are we supposed to know when it is?

I’ve got a complaint and it’s about our state roads. It’s the trash on our state roads: glass, nails, sharp things that could punch your tires. I’m just tired of running over it and having to go fix a tire or buy a tire. Who is responsible for keeping the roads trash-free?

What kind of idiot would park a boat in the way at Food Lion on 264 East near Pamlico Memorial Gardens? I mean, left the boat in the drive lane, the way you drive out, drive in. They’ve got the whole parking lot to park in. I would stay around and tell him a thing or two, but with my temper, things could escalate quickly. Somebody could get hurt or somebody could go to jail.

Would you please, publish an article about Zeek Rewards and the problems connected with this pyramid scheme? I would like very much to find out what is going on with this particular group.

Who’s the drunk monkey responsible for Tuesday’s paper? The classified ads was a mess. Don’t you have a proofreader? A editor? Somebody in charge of checking the paper before it goes out. That’s something a first-year journalism student wouldn’t make that mistake. Heck, I had to make a paper when I went to John Small and my paper looked better than that. So, who’s responsible for the classified ads in Tuesday’s paper? Will the drunk monkey please step forward?
