William Robert “Robbie” Cutler, Jr.

Mr. William Robert “Robbie” Cutler, Jr., age 46, a resident of Pantego, NC, died Sunday, September 9, 2012, as a result of an automobile accident.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at Union Grove Church of Christ in the Pungo Community of Pantego. The service will be officiated by Scott Askew, Ken Davis and Roland Bell. Burial will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery of Washington. Lester Oliver, Luke Oliver, Corey Toppin, Jacob Vander Weit, Michael Toppin and Jeremy Woolard will serve as pallbearers.
Robbie was born in Belhaven, NC, on September 20, 1965, son of the late William Robert Cutler and Delores Staley Spraker who survives. He was a 1983 graduate of J.A. Wilkinson High School and was a carpenter with L & M General Contractors of Pungo.
Surviving along with Robbie’s mother Delores Spraker and stepfather Bob Spraker of Montclair, VA; a son: William “Will” Cutler of Washington; three sisters: Stacey C. Toppin and husband Brad of Pantego, Ann-Marie Cutler of Brunswick, GA, and Kim Spraker of Montclair, VA; a brother: Greg Spraker and his wife Kristine of Manassas, VA.; four nieces; one nephew; one great-niece and one great-nephew. Robbie was preceded in death by his father: William Robert Cutler; maternal grandparents: M.O. “Pete” and Nodie Staley and paternal grandparents: Ollie O. and Elsie Cutler.
The family will receive friends 7 PM to 8:30 PM Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at Union Grove Church of Christ and other times at the home of Robbie’s sister, Stacey Toppin, 7631 NC 99 N. Pantego, NC.
