I’d like to comment on the Sound Off on mallards and geese and ducks at Jack’s Creek. While I do not hate animals, in fact I don’t even hunt, I love any stray, but the ducks and geese do become a problem with they could cause accidents either to keep from hitting a duck or from hitting the car stopping in front of me stopping for the duck. And I’m really surprised there aren’t more read-end collisions. Now, how do you keep them out of the road without harming them? I don’t know, maybe a small fence, some kind of barrier. But between a human life or an animal, the ducks are going to have to go because I’m not going to get a wreck or damage my car over a wild fowl.
