Robert Lee Howell, 80, of 405 Jefferson St., Plymouth, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. The family will be receiving friends at the home. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
